About The Position
Great American Restaurants is hiring a Barista/Counter Team Member to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment and provide guests with a distinctive bakery and café experience. The role involves welcoming guests, supporting bakery operations alongside other team members, crafting espresso beverages, and sharing knowledge of Best Buns items. The position pays approximately $600–$800 a week.

Responsibilities
- Greet every guest warmly and establish a genuine connection.
- Coordinate with and assist other team members to meet guests’ needs and support bakery operations.
- Craft espresso beverages.
