About The Position

This role is offering 20-30 hours per week. You could expect the position of Barista Clerk working at Schnucks in the Starbucks department to include providing friendly and courteous service to customers, brewing varieties of coffee and creating specialty drinks according to Starbucks brand standards and recipes, ensuring proper handling and packaging for cafe items, suggestive selling and product sampling, and maintaining cleanliness of work area, equipment, and cases, following Schnucks company safety and sanitation procedures as well as Starbucks standards. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management including training as a checker and stock clerk.

Requirements

18 yrs+ to apply
Available between 5:30am to 6:30pm
Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred (Internal Candidates)
Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred (Internal Candidates)
Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline) (Internal Candidates)
If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance (Internal Candidates)
