About The Position

CC Holdings is seeking friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join their growing team at the Indianapolis International Airport. This role operates Monday through Sunday, with nights and weekends required, and shifts varying between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM. The position involves preparing beverages, handling customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean work environment. Requirements

Prior barista, cashier and CSR experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Arrives in proper uniform and adheres to all grooming standards.
Sets up station according to cafe guidelines.
Prepares all beverages as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
Follows portion control and presentation specifications as set by the café.
Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
Cleans and maintains station by practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
Has the understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
Acts as the front-line customer service representative, smiling, greeting customers, ringing their order in a fast, hospitable manner, and creating a lasting impression.
Demonstrates hospitality, respect, and kindness toward customers and fellow team members.
Merchandises products, checks for quality, ensures presentation, and restocks.
Provides service that is fast, timely, and accurate by communicating, organizing tasks, and teamwork (assisting other, barista’s with customers).
Suggestive sells and keeps customers informed and aware of products, promotions and other services.
Follows all cash handling procedures as outlined.
Assists in financial accountability by correctly recording orders, receiving/giving change, and counting the drawer.
Thanks the customers and invite them to return.
Acts as a role model with customers and staff, and helps provide on-the-job training for new barista/cashier.
Works with others in a team to support operations, standards, and concept essence.
Has the ability to deal with changes.
Demonstrates excellent communication and “listening” skills.
Demonstrates a passion for hospitality and coffee.
Willingness to assist in other tasks when asked.
