About The Position
Buckley's Market & Cafe in Portsmouth is looking for energetic, hospitality-driven, motivated, and engaged individuals to join their team. The bakery environment is fast-paced, offering outstanding bakery items, sandwiches, salads, and paninis, in addition to popular coffee drinks. The team works collaboratively to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The position is non-seasonal and available for both full-time and part-time employment, requiring availability on weekends and mornings, with shifts starting between 5 am and 8 am. Previous barista experience is considered a plus.

Responsibilities
- Working all stations including barista, pastry, counter and cashier.
- Learning the products and being able to explain them to guests.
- Greeting guests and making them feel at home.
- Answering guest questions.
- Assisting guests in preparing their orders.
- Cashing guests out.
- Cleaning work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment.
- Responding to all guests in a friendly and professional manner and getting the supervisor when needed.
