About The Position

Under general supervision, opens and closes the hotel market for guests following Company policies and procedures. Maintains the food prep and hotel market area in a clean, well-organized manner while serving and assists guests. Presents a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times to promote the Drury culture with customers and co-workers. Has general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events to answer questions.

Requirements

Ability to communicate in English clearly (written and verbal).
Ability to work with and prepare food.
Ability to work independently or in teams.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to be flexible working varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per Company requirements.
