W2 physicians earn, on average, $300,000 per year plus benefits for a 30-hour work week, with part-time opportunities available. Paid training is provided. The practice involves delivering modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings like Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility. The full-time role is 4-5 days per week, and the part-time role is a minimum of 3 days per week. This is a mobile practice, with physicians visiting 2-3 facilities per day within a 40-60 mile radius, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily. Clinical documentation is done in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. Paid training is provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship. This is a W2 employment contract.
