Requirements
- Current Texas Barber License
- Strong technical barbering skills
- Great customer service and communication
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Open to coaching and continued growth
- Available for closing shifts and at least one weekend shift
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional haircuts, skin fades, beard trims, and grooming services
- Building relationships that keep clients coming back
- Creating an experience that's just as memorable as the haircut itself
- Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and fully compliant with all TDLR regulations and sanitation standards
