About The Position
Floyd's 99 Nolensville is hiring licensed barbers. This is a locally owned shop with a focus on good vibes, good music, and quality service, without a corporate script. We offer guaranteed hourly pay or commission, whichever is higher, plus tips. Our barbers averaged $46/hour all-in, including tips, over the last six months. The Nolensville location serves a family-oriented clientele with a high rebooking rate, ensuring a stable client base. As a locally owned business, decisions regarding schedules, chairs, and pay are made within the community.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee barber or cosmetology license, or graduating and licensed before start date.
- Solid clipper work, fades, beard and straight-razor service skills.
- Ability to work 4-5 days a week including some evenings and Saturdays.
- Bring your own tools.

Responsibilities

- Participate in continuing education with the master barber.
