Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience as a barber in a professional grooming environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in men’s hair cutting, beard styling, and skin care services.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during peak hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Professional appearance and attire, reflecting the standards of the grooming industry.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques, tools, and client preferences.
• Proficiency in using barbering tools and equipment, including clippers, scissors, combs, and grooming products.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise and artistic haircuts, fades, and styling for men using both traditional and modern techniques.
• Provide expert beard trimming, shaping, and styling, including hot towel treatments and product application.
• Offer skin care services such as cleansing, exfoliation, and aftershave treatments to enhance client comfort and appearance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Consult with clients to understand preferences, recommend suitable styles, and deliver personalized grooming solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product innovations through ongoing education and training.
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor, contributing to a welcoming and premium client experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
