Requirements
- Trained Journeyman-certified Barber or Hair Stylist, or in the process of completing an Apprenticeship.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Adaptability to a Fast-paced Environment
- In-depth Industry Knowledge and Trend Awareness
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Flexibility for Shift Work
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional barbering and hairstyling services to clients.
- Ensure every guest walks away feeling and looking their best.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, going above and beyond for every guest.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Stay current with in-depth industry knowledge and trends.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Be flexible for shift work.
