About The Position

Floyd's 99 Barbershop is seeking a full-time Barber – Stylist for their Westminster, CO location. This role is for an individual who is an artist, conversationalist, and vibe curator. The position offers competitive earnings with a choice between commission-based pay (starting at 40% and increasing to 55% with no caps) or a guaranteed minimum wage. Performance is rewarded weekly. The average earnings for Barbers and Stylists are between $33.50 - $66/hour. The role involves creating cuts, color transformations, and shaves, as well as providing services like neck shaves and shoulder massages. Continuous skill development is encouraged.

Requirements

• Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• Strong work ethic and a motivation to do an excellent job
• Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 25 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends and nights to meet client availability

Responsibilities

• Provide services such as lather neck shaves and shoulder massages.
