Diesel Barbershop is opening a brand-new location at Poplar Creek Town Center in Brookfield, WI, and is looking for experienced Barbers and Cosmetologists to join their team. This is an opportunity to be part of a new shop, build a loyal clientele from day one, and contribute to shaping the shop's reputation. Diesel Barbershop aims to create a community built on craftsmanship, connection, and energy, offering a modern, high-energy environment with a commitment to growth for both clients and team members. The franchise is independently owned and operated.

Requirements

Current Wisconsin Barber or Cosmetology License
Experience with men’s cuts, beard work, and modern/classic styles
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
A team player who wants to grow, learn, and contribute to a new shop culture
Reliable transportation
Self-expression welcomed: tattoos, piercings, colored hair—your style, your choice

Experienced barbers (for $500 hiring bonus consideration)

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality cuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services
Deliver an unforgettable Diesel customer experience
