About The Position

This position assists bartenders and/or servers to ensure a positive guest experience. The role involves stocking bar items, filling ice bins, replacing bottles on the Berg System, and replenishing juice at bars. The Barback is also responsible for maintaining clean areas, including bar mats and coolers, emptying garbage, and mopping floors. Additionally, they will move bar supplies from storage to appropriate bar locations and ensure the proper service of alcohol in accordance with state laws and company policies. Employees may also be assigned to other Food & Beverage positions requiring the same type of license.

Requirements

• Ability to authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix which is part of internal control section 465a.7
• Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications
• Must complete all necessary company training

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
