Requirements

Previous restaurant or barback experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Must obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Certificate and TABC Certification.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and provide exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

Assist bartenders and servers by maintaining stocked and organized bar stations throughout service.
Restock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies to par levels.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas, service stations, coolers, and storage areas.
Ensure clean glassware is available throughout service.
Assist with opening and closing side work, including bar setup and breakdown.
Remove trash, replace liners, and keep work areas clean and sanitary.
Assist with food running, clearing tables, and supporting the front-of-house team as needed.
Retrieve supplies from storage and maintain inventory levels during service.
Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and TABC standards.
Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service while anticipating the needs of bartenders, servers, and guests.
Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure efficient operations during high-volume periods.
