About The Position

The Barback is responsible for the clearing and setting up of bar and tables as well as providing assistance to the Bartender and service team in a timely manner. This is a Full Time position for the 2nd Shift, located at Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University in Westlake, Texas. The pay rate is $18 per hour.

Requirements

Friendly and outgoing personality.
Likes to talk to people.
No experience required – we will train!
Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist Bartender with restocking glassware, ice and beverage items as needed in a timely manner.
Assist Server as needed to include restocking, cleaning, setting tables and running food.
Heavy lifting will be required on a continuous basis.
Complete opening and closing side work.
Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
