About The Position

Barbacks are critical to the bar's success. They ensure the bar is equipped with everything necessary to maintain an efficient and five-star environment. While working closely with servers and bartenders, the barbacks are responsible for product knowledge in guest interactions. This position is accountable for a wide array of responsibilities, which change in daily operations depending on the flow of the bar.

Requirements

• Basset Certification
• Food Safety Certification

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the bar is equipped to run smoothly and efficiently.
• Preparing garnishes.
• Polishing glasses.
• Bussing tables.
• Stocking all coolers and liquor cages.
• Multitasking in daily operations.
• Performing all duties assigned in a timely manner.
• Arriving at work on time.
• Maintaining an error-free sign-in and sign-out procedure.
• Following all grooming standards.
• Maintaining a positive disposition on duty.
• Accommodating guests to the highest level possible.
• Working with the team to maintain a positive working environment.
• Assisting other positions in the team whenever possible.
