About The Position
The Waymark Hotel is seeking a part-time Barback to assist bartenders with bar setup, restocking, and closing procedures. This role also involves serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of bar and lounge areas, and following all safety and sanitation guidelines. The ideal candidate will provide cheerful, proactive, and attentive customer service and be able to work weekends, holidays, and stand for extended periods as required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a high-volume food & beverage setting required.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-service focused.
- Ability to work standing for 8–10 hours and flexible scheduling.

- Hotel experience preferred.
