About The Position

The Barback position at Cabo Wabo Restaurant is a seasonal, part-time role located in Huntington Beach, CA. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the setup, execution, cleanup, and accountability for all bars. This involves stocking glassware, sodas, juices, back bars, front bars, and other necessary equipment. The Barback will also assist Bartenders in maintaining adequate supplies of liquor, beer, wine, ice, and dry stock, and will be responsible for transporting and replacing items as needed. Maintaining the cleanliness of bar areas and event spaces is also a key part of the role.

Requirements

One year restaurant (food industry) experience preferred.
Well organized, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee setup, execution, cleanup, and accountability for all bars.
Stock glassware, sodas, juices, back bars, front bars, and any other equipment set for bar.
Assist Bartenders in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, ice, and dry stock.
Transport and replace all items needed.
Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, and event spaces.
