About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Barback to join our team. In this role, you’ll support bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked, organized, and running smoothly throughout service. You’ll help maintain inventory levels of liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other essential supplies while contributing to an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barback, Busser, or in a similar restaurant or bar role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Excellent time-management and teamwork skills
• Commitment to hospitality and guest service excellence
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and bar supplies throughout shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, storage, and service areas
• Assist bartenders with setup, breakdown, and operational support during service
• Remove empty bottles, glassware, and waste promptly to maintain efficiency
• Ensure bartenders have the tools and products needed to deliver excellent service
• Support overall team operations and contribute to a positive guest experience
