About The Position

The Barback position at Tiki Hut is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restocking supplies, and supporting the bartending team to ensure smooth service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies throughout the shift.
Prepare garnishes and assist in the setup of the bar before opening.
Assist bartenders by retrieving items, changing kegs, and ensuring ice bins are filled.
Collect and wash used glassware and utensils promptly.
Dispose of trash and recyclables, ensuring waste bins are emptied regularly.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a sanitary work environment.
Collaborate with the bartending team to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
