About The Position
La Capital MX is looking for experienced Barbacks to join their team. This role involves assisting bartenders and servers, ensuring the bar is well-stocked and clean, and providing a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Punctuality and attendance are extremely important.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, read and listen to people to determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take food and drink orders.
- Assist servers with beverage orders.
- Informed customers about new beverages and specials.
- Assisting bartenders and servers.
- Cleaning counters, tables, and other surfaces.
- Restocking liquor, beer, wine, ice and glassware.
- Stocking napkins, straws, toothpicks, and garnishes.
- Give a cordial farewell and invite the client to return.
