About The Position

This is a full-time Barback position on the Casino Floor. The role involves supporting the bar operations by stocking, cleaning, and assisting bartenders, while also exemplifying the values and guest service standards of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
• Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Nice To Haves

• Bartending school or relevant job experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify Muckleshoot Casino Resort’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
• Stock beer, wine, liquor, ice, mixers, and dry goods.
• Give breaks to Bartender or Beverage Servers.
• Wash and stock glassware and utensils.
• Clean bar area in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Mix drinks as needed.
• Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment; promote positive team member relations and report issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
