About The Position

At Turning Stone Resort Casino, each team member plays a crucial role in providing our guests with an unforgettable experience. Our Barbacks are tasked with maintaining cleanliness and order in all designated areas. This position requires being available to work on Friday and Saturday nights.

Requirements

HS Diploma or GED.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

Monitor stock levels and obtains supplies and equipment for refreshment bars.
Ensure that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly.
Perform routine inventory of all required refreshment bar items. Remains up to date on all cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and appropriate stemware.
Stock coolers and dry stock items for Bartenders.
