About The Position
Ten Five Hospitality is excited to announce the launch of it's new restaurant and lounge concept in Georgetown, The Oak Room. We are seeking dynamic, experienced professionals to join our team as we create an elevated dining experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fine dining service & a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
Requirements
- 1 year previous high-end bar, restaurant, or hotel experience.
- Excellent listener and communicator.
- Ability to focus on guest interaction and multitask.
- Team player and able to anticipate others’ needs.
- Positive attitude.
- Full availability.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays when required.
Responsibilities
- Properly set up the bar stations, prepare and restock garnishes, as directed by management.
- Responsible for keeping all liquor displays and shelving organized and maintaining par levels.
- Clean counters and furniture, cleaning glasses, running food, clearing plates, taking out trash, unclogging sinks, etc.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the back bar, liquor displays, storage areas, and service stations.
- Remove trash and recycling and maintain overall sanitation standards.
- Ensure bar is well stocked including refilling ice wells, stocks glasses and straws, replenishes liquor bottles, restocks beers, and other beverages.
- Organize and inventory all shipments of liquor and beer in designated areas.
- Track opening and closing inventory levels.
- Perform side-work and all other opening/closing procedures.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- All other duties as assigned.
