- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 1 years of fine-dining busser/runner/barback experience.
- High volume bar experience is also ideal.
Responsibilities
- Support the service team to ensure guest needs/requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Walk with graceful efficiency through the bar & dining room to assist with service demands.
- Ability to handle high volume at the bar while maintaining the highest level of service and quality cocktails.
- Ability to keep up with business needs within the restaurant.
- Maintain flexible work schedule including overtime as needed.
- Be available to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, special events and holidays.
