About The Position

The barback works closely with bartenders and ensures that they have everything they need to serve customers efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for keeping the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50lbs. consistently
• Must be able to work in fast paced, high volume atmosphere
• Must be extremely organized
• Must have excellent customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with bar set up and break down
• Refill ice wells
• Switch out kegs
• Keep bar stocked with liquor, wine, beer, garnishes, etc.
• Anticipate bartender needs and restock items before they are out
• Ensure glassware and bartending tools are clean and in the proper place
• Ensure cleanliness- take out trash, mop spills, wipe down surfaces, etc.
• Perform other tasks as assigned
