TCCH BAR SUPERVISOR
About The Position
The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall bar department during their shift. He/she must have thorough knowledge of policy and procedures and ensures they are strictly enforced and within compliance. They ensure adequate levels of staffing; covering shifts when necessary. The Bar Supervisor works closely with the Bar Manager ensuring company budgets are maintained. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or a GED.
- Prior experience in bartending.
- Prior experience in guest services.
- Knowledgeable of Michigan Liquor Control Commission Laws.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with liquor inventory control.
- Supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform as a working supervisor by spending the majority of time on the floor.
- Responsible for assisting in the guidance, coaching, scheduling, and training the Bar Department personnel.
- Responsible for working toward goals of the department by overseeing team and ensuring that they complete their responsibilities.
