About The Position

The Bar Staff is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a fast-paced venue environment. This role ensures excellent customer service, maintains a clean and organized bar, and follows all alcohol service and safety guidelines to create a positive guest experience. This role pays an hourly rate of $2.13-$5.00 and is tip eligible.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in high-volume or event settings.
Knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol service practices.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as needed.
Rotate between bar roles (bartender, barback, runner, support) based on event needs.
Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and policies.
Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
Restock bar supplies, including liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas before, during, and after events.
Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations.
Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak times.
Follow all health, safety, and company guidelines.
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Deliver food to customers as needed at certain events.
Tear down and set up for private events based on client needs.
