About The Position

At Ko-Kwel Casino Resort Medford, we aim to foster a welcoming atmosphere where team members feel valued and can experience growth. We are seeking a Server to be the friendly face and attentive service that makes Warehouse 101, Whitecaps, Banquets, and the Gaming Floor unforgettable. This role involves creating warm connections, supporting teammates, and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience by taking orders, delivering meals and beverages with a smile.

Requirements

GED or HS Diploma preferred.
Previous food and/or beverage experience required.
Previous experience in a hospitality field with demonstrated excellent guest service abilities.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must have or be able to obtain a valid OLCC permit and a food handlers card.
Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

Ensure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the team.
Report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
Assist with opening and closing side work to prepare for shifts.
Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide helpful, professional service.
Guide guests through food and beverage offerings, answer questions, and deliver items with polished tray service.
Practice responsible alcohol service, maintaining open communication with the bartender and team.
Ensure all dishes meet restaurant standards and request re-fires when necessary.
Support the team and help keep operations running smoothly, including performing other duties as assigned.
