About The Position
The Bar Prep will be responsible for providing support to our bar team by juicing fresh citrus, making craft syrups, cutting garnishes, and stocking liquor, beer, ice, and glassware. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, works well under pressure, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar throughout Zero Bond.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and replenish garnishes, juices, syrups, and other bar ingredients.
- Stock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and other supplies.
- Keep the bar, storage areas, refrigerators, and workstations clean and organized.
- Assist with deliveries, inventory, and proper storage of products.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist bartenders and management with other tasks as needed.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
