Requirements

• Ability to talk and hear.
• Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• Flexibility from everyone on the team.
• Attention to detail is critical for this role.
• Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• Comfortably communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring guests have an excellent Bar dining experience during their day.
• Bar step up and maintenance.
• Assisting with all guest requests and service requests while upholding service standards.
• Fully stocking the bar, which includes, glassware, wine, beer, soda, water, juices, ice, and garnishes.
• Assisting with weekly inventory by keeping track of what is needed and assisting putting inventory away upon delivery.
• Cultivating relationships with all guests, including recognizing all in-house and VIP guests.
• Fulfilling special guest requests involving dietary restrictions, drink and garnish preferences, and special occasions.
• Preventing and correcting imperfections and blemishes within the hotel.
• Reporting imperfections and working with other positions to correct them.
