About The Position

The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to Bar Margot guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
  • High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
  • Ability to carry and balance a tray.
  • Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
  • Minimum two years food service or related work.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
  • Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
