Bar Manager - Killer Queen

Killer Queen is seeking an hourly Bar Manager with experience in high-volume bar or restaurant management and a passion for creating the ultimate guest experience. Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with exceptional interpersonal communication skills, including training, coaching, and development.
- Proactive and able to make a positive impact daily.
- Experience in managing inventory.
- Experience in payroll process.
- Ability to work well under pressure and ensure fast, accurate service.
- Detail-oriented.
- Process and systems-oriented.
- Responsible, showing personal accountability, and reliable.
- Proficient with POS systems.
- Experience bartending and/or serving in a high-volume bar and/or restaurant.
- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state.
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant / bar management strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the management team with day-to-day operations of the bar.
- Carry out company passion and focus on core values.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory and ordering.
- Provide coverage for some floor shifts.
- Assist with payroll.
- Work regularly scheduled bartending shifts (non-management).
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of bar operations.
- Manage store labor.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Follow all company systems and processes.
- Create a positive store culture.
- Manage product.
- Ensure execution of company brand standards.
- Oversee bar maintenance and repair.
- Maintain positive customer relations.
