Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Direct daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate bartenders and barbacks.
  • Inventory & Purchasing: Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors.
  • Financial Control: Analyze sales, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective practices.
  • Customer Service & Atmosphere: Ensure high-quality service, resolve complaints, and maintain the venue's ambiance.
  • Compliance: Monitor adherence to health, safety, and local alcohol regulations
  • Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals
  • Ensure complete guest satisfaction and guest connection throughout each shift
  • Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
  • Handle guest concerns and compliments Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best
