As the full-time Bar Leader, you are the CEO of your store! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who takes pride in delivering WOW customer experiences.   • Familiarity with point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.

  • Associate’s degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management.

Responsibilities

  • Create a customer-centric environment through a “customer is our boss” mentality.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and review reporting for ordering in alignment with budget.
  • Create elevated drink and food menus, including maintaining drink recipes for all bar concepts per market.
  • Evolve menu seasonally to create customer excitement and a focus on local influences with relevance to local markets.
  • Write schedules to have adequate staff to serve customers based on business needs and store peak hours or events.
  • Ensure the bar is well stocked and clean.
  • Oversee planning for special events.
  • Be open to customer feedback in order to curate new menu items and drink options.
  • Drive sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building guest loyalty through WOW experiences.
  • Create, manage, and own the store's business plan.
  • Oversee the success of other bar locations as the bar concept evolves in new markets.
  • Track customer behavior and sales in accordance with high-performance items.
  • Maintain budget and monitor food/drink waste costs.
  • Responsible for ordering liquor and bar supplies.
  • Create strategy for the success of the bar and help build financial goals for each location.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Increase brand awareness by building strong relationships.
  • Acquire new customers through traffic-driving efforts that increase brand impact.
  • Advocate for your team's growth and development by explaining, teaching, and inspiring daily.
  • Focus on building skill and capability of those you lead to increase internal opportunities, retention, and organizational advancement.
