About The Position

This is a part-time Bar Back position at Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort. The role involves supporting bar staff, ensuring a positive guest experience, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and preparing bar supplies and garnishes. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with diverse staff and guests, and adhering to company procedures.

Requirements

  • Ability to work well with a diverse FOH and BOH staff of up to 40 people per shift.
  • Ability to respond positively and resourcefully to all customer requests and special instructions.
  • Ability to present a positive image of the company at all times.
  • Ability to interact with vendors and the public.
  • Ability to attend daily shift meetings and other staff meetings.
  • Ability to greet and establish rapport with guests.
  • Ability to interact with staff and guests in a friendly manner.
  • Ability to listen to concerns and provide effective resolution.
  • Ability to efficiently wash all glassware in automatic dish washing machines.
  • Ability to store and handle glassware in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Ability to ensure proper storing and preparation of all bar supplies.
  • Knowledge of the draft beer system.
  • Ability to ensure a safe working environment through proper sanitation and continual cleaning of the bar.
  • Ability to enforce proper security procedures.
  • Ability to properly handle and dispose of all trash.
  • Ability to follow daily checklists and production pars.
  • Ability to help prepare all bar garnishes and drink ingredients.
  • Ability to set up, stock, and break down bar stations following company procedures.
  • Ability to complete all assigned cleaning duties.
  • Ability to comply with direction and instructions from managers, supervisors and bartenders.

  • Knowledge of the draft beer system in order to keep the bar supplied and to ensure the proper draft is connected to the right tap.
