About The Position
The Bar Back is responsible for ensuring the bar area is well-stocked and maintained, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation. This role involves supporting the bar staff, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the bar area is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
- Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils.
- Collect empty glasses and bottles and return them to the appropriate areas for cleaning.
- Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and requests.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
