About The Position

With good pay, extensive benefits and a family atmosphere, we are looking for an energetic and positive person to support the bar staff by maintaining a clean, neat and well stocked bar area.

Requirements

Must have a neat appearance and be quick, energetic and be able to work at a fast pace.
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests and associates.
Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.
Adjusts to high-pressure conditions and is open to change.
Ability to manage time well with minimal supervision.
Assumes responsibility for personal growth and development.
Conducts him/herself, acts and dresses with complete, clean uniform professionally at all times.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Minimum lifting/pulling of 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity, continuous standing.
Hearing and writing ability.
Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time – up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins etc before and during service hours.
Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs and restock bar items.
Keep the bar area neat and clean
Coordinate with managers, kitchen staff and security personal to ensure efficient service to customers.
Must be able to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat
May be required to drive large pick-up truck with a lift.
Ensure all details are followed according to supervisor's instructions while providing guests with the finest quality of service at all times in a warm and friendly manner.
Notify supervisor of any broken or damaged equipment.
