About The Position
This role is responsible for providing essential support to the bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Key duties include restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, assisting bartenders, and managing inventory.

Nice To Haves

- Knowledge of bar inventory and stocking procedures.
Responsibilities
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies.
- Keep the bar area, storage areas, and workstations clean and organized.
- Wash and polish glassware and maintain adequate supplies throughout service.
- Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes and other necessary ingredients.
- Refill ice bins and remove empty bottles, trash, and recycling.
- Help receive, organize, and rotate inventory.
- Assist bartenders with closing and opening duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Provide support to bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support daily bar operations.
