About The Position
Hard Truth Distilling Company is seeking high-octane, rockstar individuals to become the backbone of their electrifying bar scene as Bar Preps/Barbacks. This role is crucial for powering unforgettable nights and fueling incredible guest experiences across their sprawling, vibrant campus. The position involves supporting bartenders by stocking, prepping, and maintaining the bar, ensuring a seamless operation during busy periods and events.
Requirements
- A strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work weekends.
- No prior experience required; attitude and grit are valued.
Responsibilities
- Stock, prep, and keep the bar gleaming with lightning speed, ensuring mixologists have everything they need.
- Refill and rotate kegs, spirits, glassware, and ice.
- Keep the bar spotless and organized.
- Ensure every guest's drink arrives flawlessly.
- Assist during epic events and weekend rushes.
- Team up with bartenders and managers to deliver the Hard Truth experience.
