The role requires adherence to all company and safety policies, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions, and completing safety training. A professional appearance and demeanor are expected, along with maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets. The Bar Attendant must welcome and assist guests according to company standards, anticipate their needs, and provide excellent service. Communication should be clear and professional, and positive working relationships with colleagues should be developed and maintained to achieve common goals. Quality expectations and standards must be met. The role involves reading and visually verifying information, standing or walking for extended periods, and performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds. Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination are necessary for manipulating objects. The position requires navigating various surfaces and performing movements like reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping. Other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors may also be part of the role.
