About The Position

As a Banquet Supervisor, you’re the mastermind orchestrating every aspect of the event magic! From setting the stage with flawless setups, leading the team in stellar service, to ensuring cleanup is a breeze, you turn every banquet into an unforgettable experience. Your leadership keeps everything running smoothly, so guests leave with amazing memories and staff feel like event superstars!

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of progressive hotel or related experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information, listen actively, and address concerns from both guests and team members.
  • Proficient in essential computer programs, including company-approved spreadsheets and word processing applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations, solve problems efficiently, and maintain professionalism and composure.
  • Capable of working with financial data, performing basic arithmetic, and assimilating complex information to meet operational needs.

  • Oversee and assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet functions, inspect event spaces against the Banquet Event Order, and keep everything organized.
