If this sounds like you, join us and be part of a dynamic, fun, and friendly team! We are seeking banquet servers to join our Food and Beverage Team. This position reports to the Banquet Manager. A wonderful perk in serving a membership is the opportunity to provide personalized service and build great relationships. With over five outlets in our F&B department there are opportunities for skill development and education. Previous hospitality experience is an asset. Flexible schedule, with ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
Ability to take direction and work unsupervised.
Serving it right certificate.
Age 19+ for serving alcohol.

Nice To Haves

Previous hospitality experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Taking and relaying food and beverage orders.
Accurately entering orders in the POS system.
Communicating with kitchen.
Serving food and beverage to members and guests.
Checking on guest satisfaction.
Handling complaints and concerns of members and guests.
Providing food and beverage product knowledge.
Using proper serving techniques.
Practicing responsible alcohol service.
Monitoring patrons for intoxication and arranging taxi service when appropriate.
