Struggle with urgency or physical stamina. What You’ll Actually Do This is hands-on event operations. You will: Set up and reset event spaces with precision. Carry large trays safely and confidently. Maintain discipline in room alignment and presentation. Execute floor plans exactly as directed. Support buffet, bar, and service stations. Maintain professionalism in front of guests at all times. Work evenings and weekends (required). This role is physically active and requires standing for extended periods. Performance-Based Pay Structure We use a tiered skill system. Pay increases are not based on time. They are based on skill and reliability. Tier 1 – Core Operator Setup execution Tray carrying stability On-time attendance Follows direction Starting pay range: $14.25-$15/hr Tier 2 – Advanced Operator (Expeditor Track) Precision and independence Minimal supervision Event awareness Pay increases with demonstrated skill Tier 3 – Lead Operator (Event Manager Track) $18-22/hr Room flips Informal leadership Real-time problem solving Highest hourly tier Each level earns: Higher pay Priority shift selection Increased responsibility No negotiations. Skills only.
