About The Position

The Banquet SetUp role at Little Rock Embassy Suites is a part-time position focused on preparing and maintaining meeting and banquet rooms to ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role involves setting up and breaking down rooms according to event orders, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and refreshing event spaces throughout the day. The position also supports food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables, and requires a proactive approach to guest service, anticipating needs and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to be on your feet most of the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms based on event orders and high cleanliness standards.
  • Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day, including during coffee breaks.
  • Transport supplies and materials such as boxes, programs, or décor.
  • Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
  • Provide friendly guest service, anticipating needs and solving small issues with a smile.
