The Banquet Set-Up role is a part-time evening shift position at the San Marcos Embassy Suites. The primary responsibility is to set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders and maintain high cleanliness standards. This role also involves refreshing event spaces throughout the day, transporting supplies, supporting food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables, and providing excellent guest service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
