About The Position

Requirements

• Reliable and able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail oriented and able to follow instructions and diagrams.
• Strong team players with good communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Willing to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire.
• Must obtain Alcohol Server Certification if required by role or location.
• Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines.
• Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds (tables, chairs, and equipment).
• Perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and twisting.
• Work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.
• Maintain stamina during long event setup and breakdown shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and staging according to event specifications.
• Review banquet event orders to ensure accurate room layouts.
• Adjust room configurations as needed for different events.
• Assist with basic audio visual setup when required.
• Break down events and reset rooms for future use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet and storage areas.
• Move furniture and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the team to ensure events run smoothly.
