About The Position

The Banquet Set-Up Attendant is responsible for setting up and breaking down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders and maintaining high cleanliness standards. This role involves keeping event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day, transporting supplies and materials, supporting food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables, and providing excellent guest service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.

Requirements

Strength and stamina – You’ll lift and move up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet most of the shift.
Attention to detail – Because “almost right” doesn’t cut it for event perfection.
Clear communicator – You follow instructions and work well with your team (and yes, the kitchen too).
Flexible schedule – Nights, weekends, and holidays are when the magic happens.
