About The Position

The position is for an experienced Banquet Server at a luxury casino/resort in Bethlehem, PA. This is an event-based, part-time, temporary, and seasonal role with a pay rate of $19 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit. Shifts are available in the PM during the busy spring/summer season, and both day and night shift availability is required. The role involves working in a high-end hospitality environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality role
• Comfortable carrying oval trays and standing for extended periods
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Able to lift and carry items, climb stairs, and handle physical demands
• Courteous, professional, and attentive to guests’ needs
• 1 year of Banquet Server experience
• English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet spaces (tables, linens, place settings, etc.)
• Perform buffet-style service and tray passing
• Maintain a clean and organized event space
• Support the service team to ensure an excellent guest experience
• Follow all food safety and quality standards
• Stay calm and professional in a fast-paced setting
