TPC River Highlands is a private golf club located in Cromwell, Connecticut, just outside of Hartford. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of professional food and beverage service standards
- Minimum of 6 months of food and beverage or banquet service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, refined service that reflects TPC Values and elevates the guest experience
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming and polished atmosphere
- Set up, maintain, and break down banquet spaces, including tables, décor, and service stations
- Serve food and beverages—including beer, wine, and spirits—in accordance with event orders, brand standards, and service protocols
- Maintain pristine presentation using proper garnishes, china, glassware, and flatware
- Ensure banquet service areas are clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
- Complete side work duties such as polishing, rolling silverware, restocking, and organization
- Monitor and attend to guest satisfaction and escalate concerns, including intoxication, to leadership immediately
- Adhere to all alcohol service guidelines (R.A.M./TIPS) and applicable State and Federal regulations
- Support special projects and assist with additional duties as needed
- Represent PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties with professionalism and operate within all established guidelines
